Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Scope of Platform & Operational Protocol

Our platform operates dual high-throughput services: (a) Zero-Login developer education modules featuring cryptographically signed access tokens, and (b) Non-custodial Peer-to-Peer Over-the-Counter (OTC) USDT cryptocurrency settlements.

By engaging with either service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering binding agreements, and compliant with all local laws and digital asset regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. OTC Settlement Desk & Fiat Rails

1. Exchange Rates & Price Locking: USDT/INR exchange rates displayed on the OTC desk are live market quotes based on deep liquidity aggregation. When you initiate an order, the rate is locked for the duration of the payment session.

2. Payment Verification: All fiat transfers must be made from bank accounts or UPI IDs registered in the buyer's legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly subject to security holds.

3. UTR & Settlement SLA: Submitting an authentic 12-digit UTR is mandatory. Once verified on banking ledger, USDT tokens are automatically dispatched to the specified TRC20, BEP20, or ERC20 wallet within 90 seconds.

3. Zero-Login LMS Access & Intellectual Property

1. Access Token Grant: Course purchases grant an individual, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to access instructional material via the signed URL token.

2. Copyright Protection: All video lectures, source code templates, architectural diagrams, and documentation are proprietary assets. Redistribution, screen recording for commercial sale, or public rehosting is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.

4. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

Users may not:

• Submit forged, manipulated, or reused UTR payment references.
• Use the OTC settlement desk for money laundering, terror financing, or illicit darknet transfers.
• Deploy automated bot scrapers, vulnerability probes, or reverse engineering attacks against our smart contracts or web APIs.

Any detected fraudulent attempt results in immediate permanent blacklisting and forwarding of logs to cybersecurity authorities.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all operational desk transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
