1. Educational Curriculums & Courses

1. 7-Day Technical Warranty: If you experience technical incompatibility preventing you from accessing the learning console, or if course content fails to match curriculum syllabus, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. Completion Limit: Refund requests are only eligible if less than 20% of the course modules have been completed.

3. Access Revocation: Upon approval of a refund, the associated cryptographic access token is automatically deactivated in the system.

2. OTC USDT Cryptocurrency Settlements

1. Blockchain Irreversibility: Cryptographic token transfers on TRC20, BEP20, and ERC20 protocols are permanent and immutable. Once USDT has been broadcasted to the blockchain and confirmed by network miners/validators, orders cannot be cancelled or reversed.

2. Mismatched UTR / Failed Verifications: In the event that INR fiat was debited from your bank account but cannot be automatically matched with the OTC desk order, our reconciliation desk will either process manual USDT release or refund 100% of the fiat amount to the originating bank account within 24 business hours.

3. Duplicate Payments & Failed Checkouts

If an amount was debited multiple times due to a gateway timeout or banking lag, the extra payment is automatically refunded via Razorpay / UPI rails back to your source account within 3-5 working days without any processing deduction.

• Your Order Number / Reference ID
• Email address or Phone used at checkout
• Bank UTR or Transaction Receipt snapshot
• Reason for the refund request
